Scalable place-based anti-poverty strategies include Promise Neighborhoods, Choice Neighborhoods and Financial Empowerment Centers. Single Stop works with and through a number of government and non-government partners including federal and state agencies and a range of private and nonprofit partners to integrate its model into scalable place-based antipoverty initiatives. In New York for example, Single Stop maintains a strong presence in the Harlem Children's Zone and partners with the Bloomberg Administration and the Department of Consumer Affairs to co-locate services at all the Mayor's Financial Empowerment Centers (FEC).
Scalable health and clinic-based partnerships including partnerships with government health centers (specifically Federally Qualified Health Centers) and Health and Hospital Corporation Hospitals. Single Stop has a presence in a number of health centers in New York and is committed to expanding its relationship with the Health and Hospital Corporation in New York City. In California, Single Stop continues to explore potential scalable clinic-based relationships and ways to lay the groundwork for our partnership with health service entities.
